The relationship check up uses PREPARE/ENRICH, a practical questionnaire used by over three million people worldwide to help couples identify areas of growth and potential challenge.
How does it work?
The PREPARE/ENRICH is a customized questionnaire which is completed online. It gives a snapshot of your relationship, addressing areas such as communication, conflict resolution, finance and personality. We then meet for a few sessions to review the feedback, in order to build on your strengths while also learning new skills to help improve areas of challenge.
