About Counselling

My personal approach.

I am passionate about counselling as it provides us with an opportunity to gain insight into emotional distress and to discover new strategies that can help transform lives.

As an integrative psychotherapist and an Imago relationship therapist, I draw from a variety of approaches to address your unique needs. These include a range of approaches – person centred, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and Gestalt and Imago relationship therapy.
